ABSTRACT
The hospital extranet business integration platform was the integrated service management system of hospital external business. According to the actual situation in Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Command，PLA, the article analyzed the difficult problems of developing extranet service platform and put forward the design model and technology architecture of the extranet business platform completely. Furthermore, the hospital extranet business integration platform was developed and put into practice. The practical application showed that the unified management of multi-entry, multi-channel, multi-mode and multi-system extranet business were realized by using this extranet integration platform in the hospital, and the efficiency of hospital service management was improved effectively.
ABSTRACT
Currently, competition in the market of health service of our country is very fierce. In this circumstance, realization of military hospital's development aim-focuse on people, leading position in technology-to provide better service armyman is depend on economic foundation. To increase economic benefit of hospital, it is necessary to intensify management of cost accounting first, in which cost accounting of clinical department is of especial importance. In this article, we probe into the significance, content, method and problems of cost accounting in clinical department of military hospital.
